The Role 
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler to support material flow and inventory accuracy within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring production lines are stocked, materials are handled efficiently, and safety and quality standards are consistently met. 
 

What You'll Do 

  • Operate powered industrial equipment including forklift, tugger, and cherry picker 
  • Stock and organize materials to support production and inventory control 
  • Deliver materials to production lines and ensure full line readiness 
  • Maintain FIFO inventory rotation and proper material sequencing 
  • Support plant housekeeping, recycling, and material organization initiatives 
  • Monitor and report equipment issues and complete daily inspections 
  • Participate in inventory counts and material reorganization activities 

Who You Are 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 
  • Powered Industrial Truck certification 
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment in manufacturing environment 
  • Basic math and documentation skills 
  • Familiarity with automotive quality standards is a plus 
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work standards 

Health, Safety, Physical & Travel Requirements 

  • Ability to stand, sit, and move throughout a manufacturing environment 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 
  • Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet 
  • Frequent bending, lifting, climbing, and reaching 
  • No travel required
