What You'll Do as a Material Handler:- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles
- Transport materials between production, storage, and shipping areas
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records using logs and inventory systems
- Pick, stage, and prepare materials for shipment and production needs
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Support inventory counts while maintaining a clean and organized work area
What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role:- Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred
- Experience using inventory management systems or ERP software preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform basic math and documentation tasks accurately
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and effective teamwork skills
