1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM-12:30 AM

Champion Personnel is hiring Material Handlers in Streetsboro, Ohio. As a Material Handler, you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly by delivering materials, organizing inventory, and ensuring production teams have everything they need. This position requires someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include receiving and moving materials throughout the facility, supplying production lines with parts and components, staging materials for assembly, loading and unloading deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, using pallet jacks or forklifts as needed, and keeping work areas clean and organized while following all safety procedures.

Qualified candidates should have previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping and receiving, or material handling experience. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, stand and walk throughout the shift, and work well independently as well as with a team.

Requirements include the ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen and a 7-year criminal background check. Steel-toe boots are required.
