Compensation: $20.67-$22.67 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00am-2:30pm | 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 12:00pm-8:30pm

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Handlers for a growing company in Inver Grove Heights, MN. What You'll Do as a Material Handler:- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against shipping documents
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and material tracking
- Ensure materials are stored properly and organized within designated locations
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with general warehouse duties and support production as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role:- Previous warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer and inventory management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Commitment to following all company safety policies and procedures
