Location: Maple Grove, MN
Compensation: $20.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday 5:30 AM–3:00 PM; Friday 6:00 AM–10:00 AM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Handler workers for a warehouse/distribution company in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you’ll support the safe and efficient movement of materials while working with a stable team in an organized environment. What You’ll Do as a Material Handler:- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials and products
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles
- Transport materials to production, storage, and shipping areas
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and maintain accuracy
- Inspect incoming materials and verify against documentation
- Perform routine equipment checks and follow all safety procedures
What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role:- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8+ hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines
- Basic math and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation to the Maple Grove area
- Strong attendance, teamwork, and attention to detail
