Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments.
Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment.
Move materials, parts, supplies, and equipment throughout the warehouse and production areas.
Pick, stage, and distribute materials accurately according to production or customer orders.
Store materials in designated locations and ensure items are properly labeled and organized.
Prepare products and materials for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and loading.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
Check received goods against purchase orders or packing lists and report discrepancies or damaged materials.
Supply production areas with the necessary materials to keep operations running efficiently.
Perform routine inspections of material-handling equipment and report safety concerns or equipment issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures, warehouse policies, and quality standards.
Work closely with warehouse and production teams to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.
Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to approximately 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.
