Material Handler, 2nd Shift (2026-082) Astronics Subsidiary Atronics AES Location Redmond, WA Description Astronics AES is seeking a **Material Handler** to join our team in **Redmond, WA** . **This is an onsite position on** **2nd shift, working Monday - Thursday 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. in the facility.** **JOB SUMMARY** The Material Handler will manually move freight, stock, or other materials or perform other general labor in relation to managing materials for the production line. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** + Stock and distribute products and materials in inventory warehouses and manufacturing lines + Package and prepare products and merchandise for the shipping clerk. + Prepare and maintain records of items shipped (i.e. purchase orders, manual shippers, and work orders) + Perform daily cycle counts + Periodically rotate in RECEIVING for cross training + May drive a non-CDL box truck for deliveries + Other duties as assigned **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** **Education/Experience:** + High school diploma or GED required + Demonstrates familiarity of job duties (typically 1-2 years of direct experience in the essential functions of the position) **Competencies:** + **Comprehension** - Understand and apply information conveyed in written and oral methods + **Communication** - Communicate information and ideas, written and verbal, so others will understand + **Problem Sensitivity** - Tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
