Staff Management | SMX in San Antonio, TX has immediate open positions for Material Handlers to join our warehouse team. In this role, associates will handle freight, sort products, and load/unload merchandise from conveyors to designated store staging areas. Duties:
+ Handle packages weighing 50-75 lbs. on a regular basis.
+ Repeatedly lift, carry, sort, and stack boxes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
+ Read and identify numbers, letters, and symbols accurately to ensure proper sorting and staging of packages.
+ Communicate effectively with team members and follow verbal and written instructions.
+ Maintain a team-oriented mindset, follow all safety guidelines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Perform duties on a conveyor line or inside trailers, loading and unloading boxes as needed.
