Material Handler 2nd Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Material Handler 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Material Handler 2nd Shift, you will be part of the warehouse support team supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler 2nd Shift

Location: Vance, AL

Pay Range: $17.00/hour

Shift: Evenings (Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 10:30pm with occasional weekends)

What's the Job?

• Unpack and verify goods received against purchase orders or invoices
• Maintain accurate records of received and shipped items
• Lift heavy items and operate a forklift as needed
• Prepare and organize merchandise for shipment
• Stock, examine, and distribute materials within inventory and manufacturing lines

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Steel-toed shoes
• Experience in stocking, shipping, or receiving is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP or cycle counting is beneficial
