Employment Type: 6-month Contract (W2)
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.86 per hour
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Role Overview:

BEPC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support our client's manufacturing operations in Westford, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely movement of materials throughout the facility, and supporting production activities in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records through physical and ERP inventory transactions.
• Perform material movements and ensure materials are delivered to production areas on schedule.
• Generate, receive, and process work orders within the ERP system.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Support manufacturing and assembly operations by providing timely material availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
• Safely handle chemicals, including IPA and sulfuric acid, after completing required training.
• Work overtime as needed to support business requirements.
• Comply with Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and FDA regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of inventory control experience, preferably in a regulated environment such as medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience using ERP systems for inventory and material transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a manufacturing environment.
