We are looking for motivated and safety-conscious Material Handlers / Warehouse Team Members to join our operations team. This position is essential to maintaining warehouse accuracy, productivity, and safety through effective receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of products. 3rd shift - 11pm to 730am - Monday through Friday 
Pay:  $17.25 - $18.25  
3rd shift pays a $1 differential and starts at $18.25.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving & Put-Away:
    Unload inbound shipments and store product in assigned locations. Stack materials safely and efficiently.
  • Order Picking & Shipping:
    Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment. Ensure correct product and quantities are selected.
  • Loading:
    Safely move materials from staging/storage areas to trailers or other transportation methods.
  • Equipment Operation:
    Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (MHE) as required.
    Complete daily safety checks and maintain equipment in safe condition.
  • Inventory Management:
    Keep accurate records to support inventory control and participate in regular inventory counts.
    Ensure proper rotation and organization of product stacks.
  • Safety, Sanitation, and Compliance:
    Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year experience in warehousing, logistics, or related field preferred
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driver's license or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Strong math skills and ability to read shipping and inventory documents
  • Must be dependable and punctual

Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs; occasionally assist with team lifts over 100 lbs
  • Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and use hands for extended periods
  • Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
  • Work involves exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse environments
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required in designated areas
