What You'll Do as a Material Handler:- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Receive, move, pick, store, and ship materials accurately
- Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Process inventory transactions in warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized work areas following 5S standards
- Support lean initiatives by identifying and reducing waste
- Track and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability
- Perform general warehouse duties and additional tasks as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role:- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain certification
- Understanding of material handling and inventory control processes
- Ability to use computer systems including Microsoft Office and ERP tools
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout shift
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and follow safety procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
