Material Handler / Inventory Control Associate – Urgently hiring in Santa Fe Springs!

Job Title: Material Handler / Inventory Control Associate
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 5:50 a.m. – 2:20 p.m.
Start Date: ASAP

As a Material Handler, you'll support the manufacturing process by accurately pulling, tracking, and delivering materials to ensure smooth operations. You'll work closely with the production team to maintain inventory accuracy, follow safety procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do
As a Material Handler / Inventory Control Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Pulling materials and products based on work orders and verifying their accuracy
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy by recording and tracking materials throughout production
  • Handling products in a laminar flow environment to ensure cleanliness and product integrity
  • Accurately recording traceability information and completing documentation
  • Reviewing work order packets for completeness and reporting discrepancies
  • Performing basic calculations for production and packaging documentation
  • Prioritizing tasks to support on-time manufacturing schedules
  • Assisting with shipping, receiving, and inventory management activities
  • Keeping the work area organized, clean, and safe
  • Following all safety policies, quality standards, and procedures
  • Supporting continuous improvement efforts and other assigned duties




What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in material handling, warehouse operations, inventory management, or manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and documents
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and inventory tracking experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
