Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Alexandria, MN
Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | Hours may vary

About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Handlers for a hydraulic solutions company in Alexandria, MN. In this role, you’ll support warehouse operations by moving products efficiently and maintaining accurate inventory systems in a clean, organized environment. What You’ll Do as a Material Handler:- Ship and receive products according to carrier expectations
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment
- Stock inventory and optimize shelving space
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system
- Communicate with external providers as needed
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role:- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of previous work experience (warehouse/logistics preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of written and verbal work instructions
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 25 lbs regularly with or without accommodation
- Reliable transportation to the Alexandria area
