Material Handler and Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a Forklift Operator - Material Handler to join their team. As a Forklift Operator - Material Handler, you will be part of the Handling Department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler & Forklift Operator

Location: Camarillo, CA

Pay Range: Up to $22 per hour

Shift: 1st shift (9am-6:3pm)

What's the Job?

• Inspect product loads for accuracy and safety before moving them around the facility
• Operate industrial trucks and machinery to transport materials efficiently
• Use controls to drive vehicles and move materials between loading, processing, and storage areas
• Load and unload materials manually or mechanically, securing items for transport
• Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining safety standards

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid forklift operator’s license required
• Sit down and stand up forklift experience
• 0-2 years manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Basic knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques
• Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset
