Material Handler

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $18-$20

Shift: 1st OR 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Move, stage, and organize materials to support daily production and warehouse operations
• Load and unload items safely while following established handling procedures
• Verify quantities and labels to ensure accurate material flow throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area to support safe, efficient operations
• Assist with basic inventory support tasks as needed to keep materials on track

• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions consistently
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while staying focused on accuracy
• Willingness to learn facility processes and operate within established guidelines
• Strong reliability and punctuality to support team schedules
• Basic ability to lift, carry, and handle materials as required by the role
