Now hiring: Material Handler

Location: Ash Flat, AR

Pay Rate: $17.08 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7 AM-3:30 PM | Overtime as needed

We're hiring a Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations by moving materials, operating forklifts, maintaining inventory, and ensuring products are delivered where they're needed. Material Handler Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Warehouse, material handling, or forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to pass forklift certification and safely operate material handling equipment.
• Experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, or cycle counting is a plus.
• Ability to lift to 70 lbs. and perform frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to workplace safety.

Material Handler Responsibilities & Job Duties:

• Transport, stage, and store raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, lifts, and other material handling equipment.
• Load and unload trucks while preparing shipments to meet customer specifications.
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and maintain accurate material records.
• Count, weigh, organize, and safely store materials in warehouse locations.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and support daily production operations.
