Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team in Beaverton, OR. This role involves both physical warehouse tasks and significant computer-based work, making strong computer proficiency essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices

Accurately enter and manage inventory and shipping data in computer systems

Prepare, package, and label products for shipment

Maintain detailed records of materials received, stored, and shipped

Review and process customer orders using internal systems

Stock, organize, and distribute materials within the warehouse

Identify and report damaged or incorrect items

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts as needed

Lift and move heavy materials safely

Qualifications

Strong computer skills required (data entry, inventory systems, general navigation)

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment

Forklift experience is a plus, but not the primary focus

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to lift heavy objects and be on your feet throughout the shift
