Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team in Beaverton, OR. This role involves both physical warehouse tasks and significant computer-based work, making strong computer proficiency essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices
• Accurately enter and manage inventory and shipping data in computer systems
• Prepare, package, and label products for shipment
• Maintain detailed records of materials received, stored, and shipped
• Review and process customer orders using internal systems
• Stock, organize, and distribute materials within the warehouse
• Identify and report damaged or incorrect items
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts as needed
• Lift and move heavy materials safely

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills required (data entry, inventory systems, general navigation)
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not the primary focus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and be on your feet throughout the shift
