Material Handler / Kitter

Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Pay: $15–$17+/hour DOE + $2.00/hour 2nd Shift Differential
2nd Shift Pay: $17–$19+/hour DOE

Position Overview

We are seeking a Material Handler / Kitter to prepare and deliver materials according to lot cards, drawings, and work orders. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that offers a clean work environment and a great company culture.

Job Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare materials and orders for shipment
• Read and follow work orders, lot cards, and drawings
• Pick and select the correct materials according to production requirements
• Complete material transactions using barcode scanners and computer systems
• Accurately count materials and resolve quantity discrepancies
• Prepare and deliver materials to the appropriate areas
• Maintain accuracy while working efficiently to meet production goals
• Follow all company quality and safety procedures

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience pulling orders for shipment
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend work orders
• Basic computer skills
• Experience using barcode scanners or similar computer systems
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to perform accurate physical counts
• Ability to work efficiently and meet performance targets
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
