Job Responsibilities

• Move materials and supplies throughout Production and Warehouse areas
• Operate propane and electric forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and carts
• Transport finished products from Production to the Warehouse for shipping
• Stage materials for production lines to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Organize and store inventory while maintaining accurate material flow
• Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory control
• Remove pallets, cardboard, and production waste while maintaining a clean workspace
• Operate baler equipment for cardboard disposal as needed
• Ensure all materials are stored properly and safely at the end of each shift
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain equipment certifications
• Support warehouse and production teams with material handling needs as assigned
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0-5 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience
• Forklift experience required; certification is a plus
• Ability to use basic computer software and warehouse systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
