We are hiring a Material Handler to support daily warehouseoperations, production material flow, and shipping/receiving activities. Thisrole is essential to ensure that raw materials, components, and finished goodsmove accurately, safely, and efficiently as we prepare for our Grand Openingand transition into full-scale production.

What We Are Looking For!

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials; verify quantities and documentation
  • Move, stage, and deliver materials to production lines based on schedules and work orders
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and documentation
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions within ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
  • Support kitting, line-side replenishment, and material preparation activities
  • Organize warehouse storage locations to ensure efficient material flow
  • Handle hazardous or sensitive materials in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain 5S standards and a clean, safe warehouse environment
  • Collaborating with Production, Quality, and Logistics to resolve material issues
  • Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and operational procedures
What You Will Bring!
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of experience in material handling, warehousing, or manufacturing
  • Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
  • Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety awareness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with evolving priorities
