Schedule: 1st Shift + 2nd Shift

Requirements

• 2 years of experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Steel-toes

Job Duties

• Ensure that appropriate racks are placed at the end of the workstations.
• Move full racks to WIP.
• Scan and label racks for WIP.
• Follow safety, environmental, company, and job-related procedures.
• Move material.
• Ensure SILO's at each machine do not run out of material.
• Move and empty scrap racks as needed.
• Bring packaging and pallets to small parts machines (3000Ton and 1000Ton).
• Location transfers in SAP through scanner.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement tools (POSITIVE, POMs, Focused Improvement Roadmap, etc.

What You Will Do

As a Material Handler you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.

A Material Handler helps maintain organized inventory and efficient warehouse operations by transporting materials safely throughout the facility. This role combines physical activity with inventory awareness and attention to detail.

The Material Handler supports production, shipping, and receiving through accurate material handling, inventory movement, and warehouse organization while maintaining safe operating practices. Dependable performance contributes directly to business success.
