Material Handler

Material Handler Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor production activity to determine material needs
• Identify correct raw materials/work-in-process and transport to appropriate work center as indicated on the job traveler
• Load coils on uncoilers and pans as necessary
• Load blanks for secondary operations by machines • Remove in-process or finished parts from machines when production operations are completed
• Remove scrap and dump in appropriate bins
• Unload incoming materials
• Load outgoing in-process or finished goods
• Perform daily tow-motor inspections per inspection checklist
• Assemble packaging containers/pack parts when required Physical Requirements:
• Subject to frequent lifting up to 50 Lbs.

Job Skills & Qualifications
• Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to be self-sufficient in monitoring material/component needs in press room

Education & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
Hourly Pay: $18/hour with possible overtime
Work Week: Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, overtime on Fridays when necessary
