Material Handler - Contract

Material Handler
Shift: 3:30PM to 2:00AM
Position is Onsite only in Westford MA.
Position is 6 months from Start Date with possible extensions.

Job Summary

The Material Handler II is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely movement of materials to support manufacturing and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical and system-based material movements
• Generate and receive work orders using ERP systems
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts
• Ensure timely flow of materials across manufacturing and assembly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Handle chemicals (e.g., isopropyl alcohol, sulfuric acid) with proper training
• Support overtime requirements based on business needs
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, QMS, EMS, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience (preferably in pharma, medical device, or regulated environment)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. preferred)
• Basic understanding of inventory management processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or GED required

• 2 Virtual Interviews (Microsoft Teams)
  • Round 1: 2 Team Leads
  • Round 2: Hiring Manager
