Job Summary
We are hiring a dependable and safety-focused** **General Laborer to support our laminating process in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is comfortable with physical work and takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Responsibilities
- Clean dividers and materials used in the laminating process
- Remove adhesive from sheet metal surfaces
- Sand sheet metal using hand tools
- Load and unload materials into presses
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE (respirator, safety glasses, gloves)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in other departments as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working around chemicals and adhesives
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Prior manufacturing or shop experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Stable work history preferred
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/industrial setting
- Repetitive lifting, standing, and physical labor required
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
