Position Summary

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely moving, storing, loading, and unloading materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production operations, and ensuring timely shipments.

Essential Responsibilities

• Safely unload incoming shipments and place materials in designated storage locations.
• Move products, materials, pallets, and crates throughout the facility as needed.
• Supply raw materials to production workstations to support manufacturing operations.
• Load and prepare outbound shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage and report shortages or quality concerns.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and activity logs.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
• Assist in keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Support additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to operate industrial material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Schedule

Monday-Friday
9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Overtime may be available based on business needs.

Pay Rate

$18.00 per hour
