Material Handler (Devens, MA or Clinton, MA)

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented professionals to join our team in Devens, MA, or Clinton, MA. This full-time position offers multiple shifts and a competitive pay range of $16.34 to $21.00 per hour, providing excellent opportunities for career growth within the manufacturing and logistics industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, move, store, and issue essential materials to ensure smooth production workflows, including dock-to-stock activities, material requisition orders, printed circuit boards (PCBs), floor returns, transfers, kits, manual pulls, and highly marketable parts (HMP).

• Accurately execute inventory transactions using scanners, computers, and inventory management systems, maintaining precise records.

• Conduct routine cycle counts and verifications to uphold inventory accuracy.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by strictly following safety policies and procedures.

• Support warehouse and manufacturing processes as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

• Perform additional duties as required to support operational success.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior experience in warehouse, manufacturing, inventory control, or material handling preferred.

• Basic computer skills with an ability to quickly learn inventory management and barcode scanning systems.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay Details: $16.34 to $21.00 per hour
