Stage these materials by packaging items to make them ready for shipping inclusive of sorting wrapping packaging and labeling orders.Load delivery vehicles according to scheduled routing.Operate forklift pallet moving and other standard warehousing equipment safely.Perform routine maintenance to warehouse equipment and notify the supervisor of contract repairs needed or safety concerns of equipment performance.Learn and use the Cypress-Fairbanks ISD electronic purchasing and inventory management systems as it relates to the material handler functions.Assist in the weekly inventory process.Support the Distribution Center with regular and reliable attendance.Perform other duties as assigned by the Distribution Center Manager or his designee.Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.WORKING CONDITIONS Mental DemandsPhysical DemandsEnvironmental FactorsContinual walking standing climbing stooping bending kneeling and reaching heavy lifting and carrying.
