Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Load, unload, move, package, palletize, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.

• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate documentation using inventory control systems such as Oracle and Microsoft Office.

• Verify incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy, damage, labeling, and proper documentation.

• Support shipping, receiving, staging, and work order processes.

• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, material discrepancies, and corrective actions.

• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.

• Work closely with warehouse, production, and quality teams to support operational goals and shipment schedules.

• Follow SOPs, cGMP guidelines, and company safety procedures.

• Assist with packaging, labeling, pallet wrapping, and manual material handling tasks as needed.

• Participate in team meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and 5S activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, materials management, or production experience.

• Previous forklift experience required.

• Ability to obtain and maintain fork truck certification/license.

• Experience with inventory control systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

• Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor environments.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.

• Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing priorities.
