Pay Rate: $30 - $32/hr, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 3:00 AM-11:30 AM
Location: Everett, WA 98204
Duration: 3+ Month Contract

Summary

Support warehouse and training operations by receiving, organizing, storing, and distributing materials used for employee training. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, fulfilling material requests, shipping supplies to offsite training facilities, and ensuring a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain inventory for training materials in both the main warehouse and satellite storage locations.
• Pick, stage, and deliver materials required for employee training classes.
• Assist employees and trainers in locating and obtaining training supplies.
• Package and ship materials to offsite training facilities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, supply logs, and warehouse documentation.
• Conduct annual physical inventory counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Submit replenishment requests to ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience receiving, stocking, picking, and distributing materials.
• Basic inventory management and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to safely lift and move warehouse materials as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
