Job Location: Fontana, CA
Position Title: Production - General Labor
Pay Rate: $17.00-$17.45 DOE
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday from 4am-12:30pm

Job Description

We are currently hiring Production Associates / General Labor to support warehouse operations. This position focuses on breaking down products, repackaging, quality inspection, and maintaining organized inventory

Key Responsibilities

• Open full cases and break down products into smaller quantities for distribution
• Repack items into new boxes, trays, or packaging as needed
• Inspect and fix damaged packaging (rewrap, tape, or replace containers)
• Perform quality checks to ensure products are free of leaks, dents, or damage
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Assist with general labor and material handling tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
