This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing warehouse, including shipping, receiving, sanitation, maintenance support, safety, inventory control, and pulling parts for production. You will safely operate heavy-duty forklifts and other material handling equipment to load and unload materials, maintain accurate inventory records in computer systems, and ensure timely delivery of components to production. You will help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies while supporting continuous improvement and high standards of quality and reliability.

Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a manufacturing warehouse environment with active shipping, receiving, and production support operations. You will primarily work on 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with a standard schedule of 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Regular overtime is expected, typically extending the workday to 4:30 p.m., along with additional work on Saturdays as needed. The role involves frequent operation of heavy-duty sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment, as well as regular use of computers and inventory systems. The warehouse environment requires consistent attention to safety, housekeeping, and organization, with exposure to moving vehicles, stored materials, and industrial equipment. You will work on your feet for significant portions of the day, handle physical tasks such as loading and unloading materials, and follow established safety and operating procedures at all times.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
