Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM (Some weekends required)
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in North Aurora, IL. This role is responsible for efficiently handling materials, supporting shipping and receiving operations, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas
Receive, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing shipments
Transport materials to designated locations within the facility
Optimize loads to maximize efficiency and ensure safe handling
Inspect materials for damage and report any issues
Identify and report workplace safety hazards
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Adhere to production schedules and workflow requirements
Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Reliable attendance, including availability for some weekend shifts
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
