Material Handler/Forklift Operator - Start Immediately (No Interview)

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $20.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $20.00/hour

Mandatory overtime, including weekends, is required based on business needs.

Position Overview

We are hiring experienced Material Handlers to support warehouse and production operations in Arden Hills, MN. This role is responsible for ensuring a continuous flow of materials to production by receiving, storing, tracking, and transporting inventory throughout the facility using powered industrial equipment. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Receive, inspect, verify, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Fill production material requisitions accurately and efficiently.
• Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to supervisors.
• Support shipping and receiving operations.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure materials are available to meet production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Must have experience operating a forklift.
• Experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Good math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance.

Requirements

• Must be available to start immediately.
• Must have a good background for employment screening.
• Must be willing to work mandatory overtime, including weekends, when required.
• Must be able to reliably commute to: 1170 Grey Fox Road, Arden Hills, MN 55112.
• Candidates will be asked to confirm their ability to commute to the work location before moving forward in the hiring process.
