Perform dock audits to confirm the correct materials are staged and shipped to the appropriate customers.

Obtain proof of identity from carriers and secure appropriate signatures on bills of lading and related shipping documents.

Drive a fork truck (sit-down forklift) safely throughout the plant and warehouse to move heavy material and skids to designated areas.

Operate an overhead crane safely to move material from machines to packaging or staging areas.

Prepare packaging materials and maintain shipping supplies to support continuous shipping operations.

Confirm material specifications on inventory tags for orders being shipped and ensure they match customer and internal requirements.

Generate inventory tags for materials being received and enter tag data into the computer system for tracking.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe immediate work area throughout the shift.

Use tools such as tape measures, micrometers, nibblers, calipers, and RF scanners with precision and care.

Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including order picking, loading, inventory control, and light data entry.

Strive to meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of accuracy, quality, and on-time shipment.

Adhere to all safety rules, regulations, and quality standards at all times.
