Location: Fort Mill, SC

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour

Schedules Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Duties

• Load and unload materials within a warehouse utilizing manual and powered industrial equipment.
• Stack merchandise onto pallets.
• Ensure all materials are labeled correctly.
• Prep material with shrink wrap and/or strapping to prevent shifting or damage to materials during transportation.
• Perform quality checks and complete documentation with results.
• Perform basic housekeeping activities such as stocking area is clean and organized, free from food, waste, trash, and any hazard that may cause injury.
• Participate in annual full inventory count.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

• Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits.
• 1 year of forklift experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
