Job Summary
The Fabrication job family ensures an environment of continuous improvement exists in the organizations production processes, operating procedures, and work flows in order to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction. General areas of responsibility include producing products for OEM partners; developing quality objectives; documenting procedures; implementing and measuring quality measurements; delivering training; and leading the organization through industry quality certification processes.
POSITION PURPOSE
This position is accountable for performing tasks and providing services to support production goals, overall business plans, and objectives as directed.

Medium/Heavy work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Job Function
Operates forklift during routine duties and maintains excellence of a safety-first culture.
Required Skills
1 year of experience as a forklift operator a plus. Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, work orders, and use various measuring instruments is preferred. Development for these skills provided through in-house training.
