Material Handlers for a
new, highly automated manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX. This state-of-the-art operation supports the production of advanced materials used in technology, automation, and industrial applications.

Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: DuPont Rotating Schedule
- 12-hour day and night shifts
- Work approximately 14-15 days per month
- Built-in extended time off throughout the month
- Full-time hours with a unique schedule that offers greater flexibility
Position Overview
The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, products, and inventory throughout the manufacturing facility. This role supports both warehouse and production operations by ensuring materials are delivered where needed, inventory remains accurate, and production processes continue without interruption.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys operating equipment, working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and contributing to a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Move raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods throughout the facility
- Read and process work orders and transfer orders accurately
- Perform physical and system inventory transactions
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Prepare and ship finished products and materials
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Support production operations as needed to meet manufacturing requirements
- Follow established operating procedures and work instructions
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Participate in company safety initiatives and actively support a strong safety culture
- Cross-train in multiple departments to support operational needs
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by management
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or industrial environment
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic understanding of warehouse and manufacturing safety practices
- Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with manufacturing management systems or ERP software
- SAP experience
- Inventory control and cycle count experience
- Understanding of material flow within a production environment
- Previous experience supporting manufacturing operations
- Forklift certification or prior powered industrial truck experience
