Start your new career as a Material Handler with MAU at Rolls-Royce in Graniteville, SC. As a Material Handler, you will support warehouse and manufacturing operations by safely handling materials, operating powered industrial vehicles, and ensuring timely movement and documentation of goods using SAP and RF scanning systems. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.What We Offer:* Pay of $20.00-$27.00 based on experience* $2,000 Sign-On Bonus* 8% Shift Differential for 2nd shift* 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday (2nd Shift)* Temp-to-Hire Opportunity (Permanent hire after 6 months)* Paid Breaks* Health Benefits* Paid Time Off* Referral Program* Opportunities for AdvancementWhat We're Looking For:* High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)* 3+ years of experience in material handling and/or warehousing* Forklift certification or ability to become certified (Hi-Lo, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Scissor Lifts)* Ability to lift 26-50 lbs.* Basic PC skills and experience with RF scanners* Familiarity with OSHA safety standards* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Preferred: Knowledge of SAP and MTU America products and procedures* Flexibility to work overtime and alternate shifts if requiredWhat You'll Do as a Material Handler:* Perform SAP transactions per functional area using work instructions* Operate RF scanning equipment to move materials, perform cycle counts, and ship engines* Package and deliver materials in line with company strategy* Transport materials within the warehouse and to operations lines* Read and follow standard work instructions and operational documents* Execute all shipping and receiving tasks for production, non-production, and finished goods* Maintain equipment logs and inspect equipment* Support alignment of materials and components as directed* Promote and maintain a clean and safe work environment* Identify and reduce non-value-added activities* Participate in special projects and support other production-related tasks* Demonstrate compliance with the code of conduct
