Material Handler - Graveyard Shift

Position Overview

Our client, a leading technology manufacturing organization in Hillsboro, is seeking dependable and motivated Material Handler to support production and warehouse operations on the graveyard shift. This role is responsible for the movement, storage, tracking, and delivery of materials throughout a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates who are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production setting are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and components.
• Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production teams according to schedule.
• Move inventory throughout the facility using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Perform inventory transactions using scanners and inventory management systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and audits.
• Support shipping, receiving, packaging, and warehouse activities as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure production needs are met.

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous experience in material handling, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving materials for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent graveyard schedule.

Preferred:

• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or technology manufacturing environments.
• Forklift experience or certification.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory control systems.
• Cleanroom experience.
