Material Handler - Greenville, OH

As a Material Handler, you will be instrumental in moving, storing, packaging, and organizing materials and finished goods across our warehouse and production areas. You will operate various material handling equipment, support inventory accuracy, and assist with packaging and production tasks to keep everything running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, tuggers, turret trucks, and other powered industrial equipment to load, unload, move, and transport materials.

• Support warehouse and production workflows by supplying materials, staging inventory, and preparing orders through picking, packing, and kitting.

• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts, processing receiving and shipping activities, and utilizing RF scanners and inventory management systems.

• Perform routine equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

• Assist with general warehouse duties, including material handling, production support, and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required, with at least 6 months of experience in warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, or related fields.

• Experience operating forklifts and other powered industrial equipment; forklift/PIT 

• Proficiency with RF scanners, computers, and inventory management systems.

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, read Bills of Materials (BOMs), and handle shipping and receiving documents accurately.

• Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs., standing and walking for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:40 AM – 2:50 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Please note: All new hires will attend orientation and complete their first week of training on 1st Shift before transitioning to their assigned shift.

Pay Details: $18.57 to $19.82 per hour
