Key responsibilities:
Receive, move, stage, issue, and organize production materials.
Complete material transactions according to the production schedule and Epicor ERP signals.
Pull, issue, and transfer parts within the ERP system.
Read and follow job travelers, sales orders, SOPs, and work instructions.
Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Restock and organize warehouse and production areas.
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment after completing required certification.
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Candidate requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.
Basic computer and accurate data-entry skills; ERP experience is a plus.
Ability to perform basic math and maintain accurate material counts.
Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to read, write, and understand plant instructions in English.
Strong attendance and reliability.
Availability to travel to Troy, Michigan, for training is a plus.
Pay $20-$23 DOE
