Material Handler

Role Description The Material Handler role is a full-time, on-site position based in McDonough, GA. In this role, the individual will unload incoming materials, move and stage products, and support daily shipping and receiving tasks. Responsibilities include organizing stock, assisting with packing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory counts. The Material Handler will also help keep work areas clean and safe, follow established procedures, and use material handling equipment as required. This role requires consistent attention to detail, coordination with team members, and adherence to safety and quality standards throughout each shift.\n

• Demonstrated skills in Material Handling and Unloading, including safe movement and staging of goods.

• Experience in Shipping & Receiving, with the ability to verify, sort, and process incoming and outgoing materials.
• \n
• Knowledge of Inventory Control practices, including counting, labeling, and tracking stock accurately.
• \n
• Proficiency in Packing, with attention to correct packaging, labeling, and preparation for shipment.
• \n
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required, following safety guidelines.
• \n
• Familiarity with basic warehouse tools or material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus).
• \n
• Reliable attendance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• \n
• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• \n
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
