Job Title: Material Handler

Location: 2709 Forum Drive Grand Prairie, TX, USA, 75052

Duration: 06+ months with (possibility of extensions)

Pay-Rate:  $18.00 per hour on W2

Shift: 8-hour, Mon - Fri

 

Primary Duties
  • Receive incoming customer shipments.
  • Accurately enter part numbers, serial numbers, and quantities into the company system.
  • Verify shipment information against packing slips and customer paperwork.
  • Identify and report any receiving discrepancies, including missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Communicate receiving issues through email and to appropriate team members.

 

Required Qualifications
  • Basic computer skills and accurate data entry experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when working with part numbers and serial numbers.
  • Ability to learn company systems and procedures quickly.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to recognize discrepancies.
  • Professional written communication skills for email correspondence.
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to follow established processes.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

 

Preferred Background

·        Previous experience in receiving, shipping, logistics, warehouse administration, customer service, or clerical/data entry roles.

·        Experience entering data into ERP, inventory, or business systems.
