Qualifications:

Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment
Familiarity with inventory control processes

The Material Handler I is responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations through the receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of materials. This entry-level role ensures materials are handled accurately, safely, and in accordance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage
Stock materials in designated warehouse locations
Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment
Perform basic inventory transactions in ERP or warehouse systems
Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Transport materials using pallet jacks or other basic material handling equipment
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials to supervisor
