ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for receiving all deliveries made and allocating them to the correct stock location or department. (Essential)
Unload trucks. Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices. (Essential)
Maintain records of shipped and/or received goods and reject unsatisfactory items when necessary. Inspect each product for damage to the outside packaging. Note damages on the Bill of Lading before signing for delivery (Essential)
Break down pallets and remove outer packaging, which requires the use of hand tools and power tools. (Essential)
Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift. (Essential)
Post weights and shipping charges, and prepare goods for final shipment. (Essential)
Examine, stock, and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. (Essential)
Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped. Confirm the quantity received matches purchase orders. (Essential)
Receive orders into Finesse and update inventory. (Essential)
May prepare kitting packages for assembly production. (Essential)
Maintain a safety goal of 100% (Essential)
Comply with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training. (Essential)

Minimum Requirement: General ability in the use of personal computing hardware and software to enter information, such as, pcs, weight, and tracking. General knowledge of processes and tools to maintain, archive, and retrieve digital files. General knowledge of receiving and sending emails
Materials Handling
Preferred: 4-6 years of Experience managing inventory and the ability to perform regular inventory cycle counts.
Minimum Requirement: Possesses a general understanding of receiving orders and signing for delivery.
Supply Chain Knowledge
Preferred: 4-6 years of experience working for a freight forwarder. 4-6 years of experience in the warehouse. 4-6 years of experience driving forklift
Minimum Requirement: Must be able to differentiate carriers i.e. FedEx, UPS ETC.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Illustrator.
