Material Handler I
Location: Irvine, CA
Type: Contract
Compensation: $21.00
Contractor Work Model: Onsite - onsite
Hours: 8AM-4:30PM, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials utilizing SAP, inspecting for damage, verifying quantity, and ensuring correct paperwork
- Process materials to be shipped to customers worldwide, ensuring proper packaging and documentation
- Stock materials and pull items from inventory as needed
- Locate and count materials to support cycle counting and inventory accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks regularly to move materials within the warehouse
- Support flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Assist in various warehouse duties as assigned by the team leader
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver License
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts and hand trucks
- At least 2 years of warehouse, logistics, or similar experience
- 1+ year of ERP experience, preferably SAP
- 5+ years of experience with Excel
- 2+ years of inventory control, loss prevention, or related experience
- 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience
- Attention to detail, accuracy in scanning and manual entry of parts
- Punctuality and reliability
- Fast learner with the ability to understand warehouse processes and procedures
- Great attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Honesty and integrity
