Title: Material Handler I
Location: Irvine, CA 92618
Pay Rate: $20 $21/hr

Duration: 6 Months+
Hours: Monday Friday; 8AM 4:30PM

Job Summary
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler I to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment. This fully onsite role requires experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, ERP systems, and forklift operation. The ideal candidate is punctual, adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of maintaining accuracy while processing materials and warehouse transactions.

Job Description

  • Process incoming and outgoing materials utilizing SAP and warehouse systems
  • Inspect incoming shipments for damage, verify quantities, and confirm accurate documentation
  • Pull, scan, and manually enter parts with a high degree of accuracy
  • Package and prepare materials for domestic and international shipments
  • Receive, stock, and organize warehouse inventory
  • Perform cycle counts and support inventory control activities
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently
  • Maintain warehouse organization and support shipping/receiving operations
  • Follow warehouse procedures and process orders efficiently
  • Support various warehouse functions as assigned by leadership
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining productivity and accuracy

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Valid driver s license required
