Material Handler I
Location: Irvine, CA
Type: Contract
Compensation: $21.00
Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Hours: 8AM-4:30PM, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming materials utilizing SAP, inspecting for damage, verifying quantity, and ensuring correct paperwork
  • Process materials to be shipped to customers worldwide, ensuring proper packaging and documentation
  • Stock materials and pull items from inventory as needed
  • Locate and count materials to support cycle counting and inventory accuracy
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks regularly to move materials within the warehouse
  • Support flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Assist in various warehouse duties as assigned by the team leader
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver License
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts and hand trucks
  • At least 2 years of warehouse, logistics, or similar experience
  • 1+ year of ERP experience, preferably SAP
  • 5+ years of experience with Excel
  • 2+ years of inventory control, loss prevention, or related experience
  • 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience
  • Attention to detail, accuracy in scanning and manual entry of parts
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Fast learner with the ability to understand warehouse processes and procedures
  • Great attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Honesty and integrity
